When your vacation demands better than the best, we are ready to welcome you to this property on Isle of Palms! A gorgeous retreat located just steps from the Atlantic Beach, the home offers a spacious, family-friendly, once-in-a-lifetime beach escape to the South Carolina Coast. We invite you to make lifetime memories on the beautiful Isle of Palms! The home features modern furnishings with custom details, like a hand-crafted oyster fireplace with mounted 85” TV and Sonos surround-sound speaker system. It is also equipped with an Air Scrubber HVAC system, which is installed to help purify the air from contaminants such as germs, odors, dander, viruses, etc. The open concept living room, kitchen, and dining areas are full of natural light and ideal for both entertaining and relaxing. The beautifully updated kitchen contains a walk-in pantry and quartz countertops. Just off the main living area is a large patio deck overlooking the pool area, which provides the perfect space for an outdoor meal. The first two bedrooms (Bedroom #1 and #2) each contain a king bed, private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) has one king bed and a queen bed, providing ample sleeping space, and a private bath and TV. The fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains a king bed, private bath and TV. The fifth bedroom is the remarkable master suite (Bedroom #5). It boasts a large king bed with a TV and sitting area. The spacious private bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, expansive walk-in shower, and dual vanity areas. Also, check out the large deck attached to the master bedroom and enjoy a good book in the swing bed. And lastly, the sixth bedroom (Bedroom #6) has three twin beds and two trundles with a private bathroom. The outdoor spaces are definitely the highlight of the home! Lounge by the private pool and hot tub or take in the views and breezes from one of the upper decks! The backyard is a private oasis, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the AstroTurf yard and play a game of cornhole. A brand new outdoor kitchen has a built in sink with gas grill and seating. There is an ice maker for guest use right in the garage area. If policies are not adhered to, fines may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.
