The large yard is perfect for a cook-out. Dogs under 50 pounds are welcome. Driving up to the home you will first notice the manicured tropical front yard. This area includes a wonderful front patio for enjoying the warm sun and island breezes. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a bright open floor plan which includes the living room, den, dining area, and kitchen. The space is sunny and the décor is modern and comfortable. No worries about beach sand with the ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table seats up to 8. A game table offers additional seating for 4. This main level also includes a sleeper sofa in the den, 2 bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Up the split stairway are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All linens are included.
